At BOLTON ENGINEERING we pride ourselves in providing you with exceptional levels of customer service which extends to our returns policy. We endeavour to make every effort to fulfill valid requests for returns and will refund authorised returns as promptly as possible.
However, please do not return any stock to us without first contacting us to discuss the return of your unwanted items. No returned goods will be accepted without our previous authorisation and goods return number.
Should you wish to return any unwanted orders, please contact us with the following details:
- Your contact details (Name, address, e-mail and telephone number)
- What you would like to return
- Your date of purchase
- An acceptable reason for return
- BOLTON ENGINEERING order/invoice number
We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you as promptly as possible.
The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify BOLTON ENGINEERING within 3 days if they deem the goods be faulty or damaged. If the customer fails to notify BOLTON ENGINEERING within 3 days of delivery that their goods are broken or faulty, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods. We cannot accept any claims for faulty or broken goods more than 3 days after delivery.
Terms For Returns
Should the customer wish to cancel the order prior to dispatch, payment shall be refunded in full within 28 days. The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify BOLTON ENGINEERING within 3 days should the goods be faulty or damaged. Should the customer fail to notify BOLTON ENGINEERING within 3 days, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods. Should the products be faulty or damaged, BOLTON ENGINEERING shall take responsibility for recovery of the goods from the customer within 28 days of delivery. The customer will also be entitled to a full refund if the goods are deemed to be faulty/damaged by BOLTON ENGINEERING.
Goods ordered incorrectly may be subject to a handling charge and the value of the goods only will be refunded if the goods are deemed an acceptable condition. We cannot refund our shipping costs. Returns for incorrectly ordered goods will incur a 35% handling charge or £15.00 whichever is greater.
