Schräglager im Überblick

Schrägkugellager sind robust genug, um starken radialen und axialen Belastungen standzuhalten und aufgrund der inneren Architektur des Lagers mit hohen Drehzahlen zu arbeiten. Sie sind herstellungsbedingt asymmetrisch und nehmen nur einseitig gerichtete Axialkräfte auf. Schräglager werden oft in einer Gruppe von zwei oder mehr gegenüberliegenden vorgespannten Komponenten eingebaut, die durch harte oder elastische Abstandshalter getrennt sind.

Merkmale von Schrägkugellagern

  •         Überlegene Fetttechnologie – Unsere Schmiermittel können die Lebensdauer und Leistung von Schrägkugellagern verlängern.
  •         Hochwertiger Stahl – Stahl kann die Lagerlebensdauer um bis zu 80 Prozent verlängern, wenn er in High-End-Anwendungen verwendet wird.
  •         Kontaktwinkel – Kontaktwinkel von 15, 25, 30 und 40 Grad sind verfügbar.
  •         Korrekt polierte Laufbahnen – Diese Laufbahnen wurden speziell geschärft, um Geräusche zu reduzieren und die Langlebigkeit zu erhöhen.
