Was sind Nadellager und warum brauchen Sie sie?

Nadellager sind spezialisierte Lagertypen mit Zylinderrollen mit kleinem Durchmesser, die eine bessere Tragfähigkeit als andere Lagertypen auf dem Markt haben. Im Vergleich zu anderen Optionen können sie auch Schwingungen mit besserer Steifigkeit tolerieren.

Es gibt mehrere verschiedene Arten von Nadellagern, aus denen Sie auswählen können. Einreihige, massive Käfige, zweireihige und geteilte Käfige sind mögliche Konfigurationen, aus denen Sie wählen können. Unter den anderen Nadellagerparametern sind die folgenden:

  •         Offenes oder geschlossenes Ende
  •         Metrische oder Zollserien
  •         Größere Größen haben Nachschmierbohrungen
  •         Offene Ausführungen mit einfacher Dichtung (U) oder doppelter Dichtung (UU)
