Poly-V-Riemen sind schnelle und wendige Kraftübertragungskomponenten, die in einer Vielzahl von Anwendungen äußerst leise arbeiten.

Der Poly-V-Riemen kann als flachcordverstärkter Antriebsriemen mit dreieckig geformten Längsrippen und einem Spitzenwinkel von 45 Grad definiert werden. Das Design des Poly-V-Riemens bietet hervorragenden Schutz für alle Verstärkungsschnüre, was zu einer gleichmäßigeren Lastverteilung führt. Zusätzlich dient der Poly-V-Riemen als Führung für eine Umlenkrolle oder einen Riemenspanner. Mit einem Poly-V-Riemenantrieb wird weniger Platz benötigt und der Riemen kann stärker belastet werden, ohne Schaden zu nehmen. Anstatt mehrere normale Riemen zu verwenden, wird ein einzelner breiterer Poly-V-Riemen verwendet.
