BEP Ltd ist seit einigen Jahrzehnten ein Lieferant von Lagern und Gehäusen. Unsere Kfz-Keilriemen treiben den Riemenantrieb in Ihren Fahrzeugen an, egal ob es sich um Nutzfahrzeuge, Kleinlastwagen oder Personenkraftwagen handelt.

Unsere Keilriemen sind so konzipiert, dass sie ohne Schmierung funktionieren, sodass Sie Ihre Autos am Laufen halten können. Die Verschleiß-, Korrosions- und Hitzebeständigkeit unserer Keilriemen sowie die Passform und Konstruktion in OE-Qualität stellen sicher, dass sie einen zuverlässigen und langlebigen Betrieb bieten.

Bei einem konventionellen Keilriemen sind dies die wesentlichen Komponenten:

  •         Gummimischung, die als Fundament dient. Das Gummimaterial, das den Großteil des Keilriemens ausmacht, dient im Betrieb als Stoßdämpfer.
  •         Seine Textilbeschichtung sorgt für einen guten Halt bei der Kraftübertragung und schützt gleichzeitig den Gummi vor Reibungsschäden und Verschmutzung.
  •         Die in das Gummi des Keilriemens eingelegten Zugkomponenten, die allgemein als "Cords" bezeichnet werden, verleihen ihm Festigkeit.
