Da es im Maschinenraum extremen Lastwechseln und hohen Temperaturen ausgesetzt ist, weist es eine hervorragende Hitze-, Abrieb- und Verformungsbeständigkeit auf.

Tipps zur Auswahl der richtigen Riemen

  •         Nehmen Sie eine Längenmessung vor

Durch Messen des Innenkreises des Keilriemens können Sie herausfinden, wie lang Ihr Gürtel sein sollte. Dies kann entweder mit einem speziellen Keilriemen-Messgerät oder mit einem Maßband erfolgen. Versuchen Sie nicht, mit einem Stahlband oder Lineal zu messen. Sobald Sie den Umfang des Gürtels gemessen haben, machen Sie das Maßband gerade, wodurch Sie die Länge des Gürtels erhalten.

  •         Nehmen Sie eine Längenmessung vor

An der Innenseite des Querschnitts eines Keilriemens erkennt man trapezförmige Zähne, wenn man ihn von oben betrachtet. Um die Breite des Keilriemens zu ermitteln, messen Sie einfach über die Oberkante des Riemens und die Höhe des Riemens.
