4 Bolt Square Flange Bearings & Housings

4 Bolt Square Flanges

Whenever the bearing mounting surface is perpendicular to a shaft axis, 4 Bolt Square Flange housings are employed to hold the bearings in place. They are most typically found in two-, three-, and four-hole arrangements, respectively. Four-bolt flanged ball bearing units have a square design with four mounting holes, allowing them to withstand greater loads than two-bolt flanged ball bearing units.

4 Bolt flange bearing units, like our 2-bolt flanged bearing units, and entire Flangette Series, are designed to accommodate lengthy shafts by allowing bearings to be shifted and aligned to the proper position.

4 Bolt Square Flanges
