Oil Filled Plain Bronze Bushes

It is affordable to use these simple oil-filled plain bronze bush-style bearings since they are cost-effective and noiseless in operation. They are also self-lubricating and require very little maintenance. Simple in appearance but highly technological in manufacture, they are found in a wide range of high-quality components.

Graphite is one of the metal powders that can be used to make them. Sintering is used to mold these bronze bushes into their current shape. The metallic powder is heated or pressed into a solid mass without melting or becoming liquid. Pores in the metal are vacuum coated with oil during manufacture to improve bearing performance. In applications with high or low temperatures, high or low speeds, corrosive environments, or minimum maintenance, these oil-filled bronze plain bushes are ideal.
