Pillow Block Bearing & Housings

In order to provide support when a shaft is rotating, pillow block bearings and housings are used. When using a pillow block, the shaft is parallel to the mounting surface and lies in a perpendicular direction to the centerline of the holes that hold the bolts rather than parallel to the mounting surface. With flange units and flanged blocks, the layout is different than it is with other types of flanges.

There are many kinds of pillow block housings and bearings available, and within each type, you'll discover a wide range of sizes and types from reputed manufacturers. Products that we own comply with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the British Standard (BS).
