    Shipped via Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS, or DPD.

    Available on orders over £100

Order Minimums

We have a minimum order value for orders placed over the phone, at our trade counter, and online.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Some items are stocked at our Bolton branch, but most are sourced from a wide network of suppliers.

  • If delays occur beyond our control, we will inform you and dispatch the item as soon as possible.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom (U.K.).

Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

We ship under DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms.

  • We are responsible for delivering the goods to the destination.

  • The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any charges upon arrival.

Duties & Taxes

  • Duties and taxes are not included in your order total or shipping fee at checkout.

  • The buyer is fully responsible for all import-related charges imposed by the destination country.

  • Refusal to pay duties/taxes may result in the shipment being returned (at buyers cost) or destroyed.
    We do not offer refunds in such cases.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available) once your order is dispatched.

Missing Deliveries

  • All UK orders are sent via tracked courier or Royal Mail 24

  • If your item has not arrived, please check with your local delivery office in case it is being held.

  • All orders are dispatched within 5 business days of purchase.

  • If your item was shipped without tracking and has not arrived:

    • Royal Mail requires a 15-business-day waiting period before a claim can be made.

  • For international deliveries, please allow up to 28 days before contacting us.
    This is the timeframe required by Royal Mail to initiate a missing item claim.
